  • Its been busy in May at work so I've been skipping a lot of workouts and snacking a little extra. Happy to say I mostly stuck to my routine so the scale stayed in the same place - 15lbs down and 15 more to go. The next three months are light at work so I'm here and I'm losing those pounds!
