ok so i read your post that you try to drink 1-1.5 liters of water per day. that is great for when you run but to maintain normal homostasis and kee[ metabolism up it is recommended to drink water have your body weight in ounces. this is a medically documented fact and will also stop thos hunger pangs you keep getting.

im from the US and had weight loss surgery on sept 9th my 2 week pre op diet was not liquids just eating 6-8 ounces of selected food and a protein drink 1-2x a day. since the 26th of august i have disposed of 57 pounds have had no complications son good luck. let me know if i can help

ive had the surgery and have disposed of 57 pounds so far best decision i made. its not easy but the will power is there and remember its a tool to get you started and stay committed to the lifestyle change

you are wrong MFP doesnt expect you to eat the calories back it is teling you the total amount of calories you can consume after the exercise calories are added in so you can still maintain the weight loss goal that you have already established

i had the duodenal switch on sept 9th 2019 started my pre op diet on august 26yh where i weighed 349 pounds it has now been 4 weeks post op and six weeks since eating properly and i have lost 57 pounds. totally off of my diabetes medication and A!C is now down to 7.1. im hugely excited and will be starting to ride my bike…

check your water intake you may be retaining fluid because you arent drinking enough plus instead of a cheat day make it a cheat meal

you can do it and it may be effective for awhile but you have to understand that your body will hold on to fat cells if it feels it is being starved from lack of food you will have more success eating more times a day and less food so you will be able to maintain metabolism and also not get afternoon sluggishness
