@lburks89 how are you getting on with the diet? I am currently on it and have been doing it since 9 October. I agree with a few people on here that it is just a low calorie diet and if you eat anything (as long as it is low calories intake than you burn) you will loose the weight. I do it as it is easy and no much cooking…
