@micki48 Is it too late to post last week's steps? I'm so sorry. I have to do it from my laptop since my Android phone won't allow me to post pictures in the app. And yes, I want to "keep steppin'" next month. My minimum goal is 10,000 steps a day.

@YinxFed You mentioned you had MS. So did my mother; she had it for nearly 30 years. Have you had it long? Hopefully, your mobility is good. I know exercise and even physical therapy can be extremely helpful. I'm glad your husband "is extremely supportive." I wish you all the best! You're quite a trooper! :smiley:

LOL too funny. I don't have any kids either, but I'm surrounded by 700 hundred of those precious, little, snot-dripping darlings 5 days a week as an assistant principal. LOL . That's more than enough for me....most days. :smiley:

@micki48 I think the meal that derails me the most is lunch, especially during the work week. So that's the meal I'm going to focus next week for my all veggie meal each day. Tomorrow I'm going to slow cook my favorite bean recipe....refried beans without the refry.…
