Been missing in action for some months but now back at it. Running has been slow and painful (and still is) with an injured knee but I am just getting on with it. Will keep trying to add miles to Run Happy! Hope everyone is doing well.

Racing today, 6 miles XC running, tough going, shattered now. Decent long warm up and down too to add to the miles.

Cracking session today to add nearly 7 miles to Run Happy. I love interval training so did a warm up then 7 x half miles in about 3 mins with 2 mins recovery between each Rep. Then a warm down. Great session and if you have never tried intervals, I recommended starting with 6 x 1 min fast, 1 min easy, after a warm up. It…
