Day three rocked!! Finals week has started for me and these 25 minutes were a welcome stress relief! + Managed to do ten full push ups in a row today somehow, I've been doing knee ones so far and much fewer than ten :wink:

@seska422 Thanks for the response! I'll leave it up to the pedometer then. @huntersvonnegut I prefer logging everything manually too, but the pedometer's been giving me some insight into whether or not I meeting the activity level MFP estimates I am.

Walked over to a local park with my sister yesterday and did some roller skating. I'm still learning but I managed not to fall this time! :sweat_smile: That was 15 minutes of walking and 20 of roller skating, plus an hour long walk I did this afternoon. Week progress: 95/200 active minutes

If you aren't feeling sore and think you could do it again without feeling overworked, I think it would be okay. If you're feeling any sort of pain or exhaustion during it, you should stop and take a rest day or two between workouts. My period hit hard and I was stuck in bed for a few days, no exercise and a lot of bloating! It depends on where you are health- and fitness-wise. If walking for 2 minutes a day is all you can do right now, then good work! Try working up to the suggestions that some of the other users have mentioned to make sure you're always improving.

I hit a BMI of 24.9. BMI isn't the best way to measure a healthy weight, but being at the highest possible number in the healthy weight class spooked me.
