I haven’t been measuring no :( my only form of measuring is the body weight analysis machine where they check you body through a sole thingy and 2 bars that you have to hold

So if the muscles are retaining water then how can I avoid pump / water retention because it’s truly messing with my training sessions. Since I constantly feel like I’m gaining muscles very quickly
-
So am I crazy for seeing actual differences in body in terms on how I feel big look big , mom constantly asking me to stop whatever I’m doing because I look bigger than ever? Am I going crazy? This is really pissing me off when people refuse to believe what I say. 😢
-
Oh and as soon I as stopped lifting heavy and didn’t drink much protein , basically when I lost muscle mass instead of looking thinner I looked flabby , almost like my arms felt like loose skin. Very jiggly. Hated it. I also refuse to look broader. So tf am I supposed to do

How can I gain fat when I’ve been constantly working out , I measure calories using food scale and I cook everything I consume. Okay maybe I exaggerated when I said 3kg. It’s definitely 2kg ish. The scale refused to move sir.

I do exercises such as planking 3 sets 1 minute , bicycle crunch , gym weight machines seated bicep gurl (32kg) , tricep curl(32kg) , seated leg press(45kg) , leg curls (32kg), hip abductors(25kg) , barbell curls 20kg x10 rep x3 sets, 10mins of cycling , 10mins treadmill, elaptical 10mins. A few stretches. That’s all my…

So does Apple show TDEE or BMR as resting calories. Why is the calories increasing even when I’m laying down . I don’t know how to record in MFP if it’s showing me like 900 cals burn in a day when it used to be 500 cals max for my workouts
-
I’m very sure my bmr is around 1500-1700 . There’s no way it’s more than 2k as Apple Watch assumes.
-
More stats to show
-
Oh wow okay I think for one time purchase , it’s going to be an useful thing for me . Thank you guys . I’ll buy it
-
Wait they do have that feature sorry my bad but it’s faulty , the buttons don’t work only for speed and incline it works. I’ll try other cardio machines next time
-
I’m using Honor Band 5 Huawei, not the best out there but it gets the job done
-
It was 2.5km ish
-
Wait omg I do that too!! If my band says I burnt 450 cals I only log 300 just Incase
-
And 21 years old.
-
Oh yea my fit band takes age weight and height. The machine doesn’t . I’m 178cm and 104kg atm
-
Thank you so much for this but I think I’ll continue doing OMAD until I feel like I can’t sustain anymore then I’ll find a new way to eat under my TEE. I just hope OMAD won’t wreck my BMR and I reallly hope that 1500 reading is inaccurate
-
Omg here’s the thing , I’m terrified of changing my eating pattern now because I’m truly happy with OMAD. When I eat OMAD I get to have a heavy meal no matter if it’s high caloric food or low caloric food I still get to feel full with 1.3cals meal. In comparison to eating 3 meals a day where I have to divide accordingly…
-
Alec , I can totally see myself doing OMAD as a long term thing so hopefully I’m on the right track
-
Alright thank you sooo much 💜
-
What’s the difference though I mean if my BMR is 1500 ish , isn’t that considered bad when it shows normal range of something wayyy higher ?
-
Btw this whole paper has a lot of infos in it , specify what you wanna know and I’ll show
-
Ignore the scribbles it’s from my trainer
-
I’ve lost 4kg in 1.5months
-
Well sadly I can’t trust the calorie it gives me cause i was stuck at one weight for 6 months until I tried OMAD. So guess even MFP is unreliable
-
That’s around 1800cals including my movement plus workout. So I should be eating 1.3k cals. That’s what I’m eating for now
-
Am I keep looking for bad news or am I just trying to learn what’s going on with my body and trying to figure this rocket science which is called weight loss? About the RMR I don’t know I’m only assuming because I’m sure not everyone went through that lab test you’re talking about and they figured out simply by checking…
-
Oh wow but in order to lose weight I do have to be eating 500 cals lesser than my RMR right? So what do I even base on to lose weight. 1580 cals? If that’s the case then I should be eating only 1080 calories. Usually strength training I do about 60 mins which is 300 cals. Which I don’t eat back. I try to stick to my 1300…

Yes I had to stand on a machine and hold two bars and it’ll print out a paper where it analyzes everything. It’s accurate. I last measure 6 months ago where it showed 1790 cals before my weight loss. I measured again today after 6months and I’m certain it’s because of my OMAD diet. I didn’t know it’ll be this low?
