Thank you so much!! I do random exercises , when I used to go gym I did squats 20rep x3 , lunges 10rep x3 , planks 20 sec x3 , step up 20rep x3 , and barbells workout like lifting 10kg 15rep x 3 , deadlift 15 repx3 and bicep curl . These are my strength training. I fast walk on treadmill for 30mins . That’s it . Nowadays…

So if I can’t jog properly should I even attempt to run, I probably can’t even run for 1 min. Idek why but I feel like running. Not even jogging but straight run and go crazy 😂 am I losing my mind.. maybe

I can hit the 10k steps most of the days , so yeah I can walk much but I can’t go more than 5mins jogging non stop. It’s been awhile since I tried to jog tbh

I ate in calorie deficit and I reduced my carbs , increased my protein and I workout thrice a week 💜

Awww yeah I did , I went but it wasn’t at my goal weight. In fact I gained a little when I went . I still had a great time though. Now I’m back on my proper diet and losing the gained weight during the trip 😂💜 thank you
