I actually work on the other side of the business. I support an electronic health record called Echo. Implementation is really stressful on both sides. Our management is considering replacing Echo and replacing it was something else . I hope not.

I switched from Miralax to Phillips Colon Heath Probiotic. It works....but the only problem is that it gives you really bad gas....such that you have to take GasX. LOL...definitely TMI!!!
