  • Start over today and forget the weekend. You will probably drop that 6.8 pounds quickly....as I'm guessing a lot of it was just a temporary gain. You can do it.

  • I would suggest keeping it simple....at least initially. I worked with my doctor to come up with a reasonable calorie limit where I could lose weight safely. She also suggested a low carb, high lean protein eating plan. The emphasis on protein keeps me full.

Now marching towards that major milestone of a 100 lb weight loss and then later to a BMI under 30 (gets me to only being "overweight").
