  • I have fallen in love with making chaffels. Eggs and cheese plus whatever else you want. Love them! Plus, I eat 5-6 small meals a day. I make sure at least one of those meals is a protein drink. My current fave is Premier Protein (powder) with 2% milk and a favored extract. Very satisfying.
  • My sisters laugh because I rarely eat breakfast foods for breakfast. 1/2 of a turkey sandwich, salad, leftovers, etc. At the end of the day my diary shows my nutrition regardless of what I ate. Make breakfast what you want it to be.
