  • Hello all,If anyone follows a specific diet plan,would you mind sharing? I feel lost esp when it comes to breakfast and end up eating the same tired oatmeal with blueberries. I would love to be able to lose around 2lbs/wk,I do work out 3 days a wk. I guess I should increase that to 4 days/wk but...what else? Btw...I’m a 63…
