I usually tend to drink a few beers a week. I usually try to consume less alcohol volume and more bang for your buck. IPA’s are usually what I aim for or two glasses of wine.

I have the same issues. I would eat chips ahoy and stuff I didn’t enjoy, but I started catching my habits and replaced those chips ahoy with peanut butter or almond butter as a better caloric intake for a sweet tooth habit. 📈

I’m def down for this! I started working back out and have been feeling lean as of late, def want to shred my core, but also adding some mass and strength. ADD ME looking to workout and TRAIN! Let’s Get RESULTS!!
