It is, in fact, possible for Huawei Health to push to MFP, from Huawei Health app go to data sharing > My Fitness Plan. But there is a major issue that still hasn't been resolved in over 6 months by either HH or MFP resulting in 60kcal in HH showing up as 60000kcal in MFP.
