  • I agree with all comments here so far, I personally lost 80lbs and although I am proud of myself, (I can lose more though I currently weigh 161lbs at 5'7) I always get embarrassed when asked about it and I try to dismiss it and then end up saying "I ate less food." Which is true but I track everything, everyday.
  • Hello, I eat everything you mentioned in your post and lost 75lbs over the past year. I started at 250lbs down to 175lbs, i didn't exercise once, I haven't been to the gym in 2 years. You can eat *basically* whatever you want as long as you maintain a calorie deficit. I would be happy to answer any questions you have,…

I drink diet soda like a mother F'er and eat chocolate, or some type of dessert every single day.

Just maintain a calorie deficit and you can *basically* eat anything you want. I'd wish you luck but you don't need it, just track everything and keep a deficit.
  • Switch it to diet mountain dew, I drink 2-3 everyday, I maintained a calorie deficit over the past year and lost 70lbs. Diet soda is a savior.

I feel fine, have good energy, my health is normal. I love soda when playing xbox so it's not something I will stop. Diet soda will not hinder your weight loss at…
  • You need to be eating more calories, google a TDEE calculator, and put in all of your stats. This will give you some numbers to aim for. Last year I weighed 250 and last week I weighed in at 180. All I did was count calories, that's it. I used this app and the TDEE calculator. I mention this because if I would've started…
