I am feeling stuck! Anyone have experience with not losing weight on 1200 calories per day (I do eat back most of the calories burned exercising? Have been struggling to lose anything! Help!!

Weigh in day and down .4, which is the same as last week. Slow but it adds up over time. Given the week I had any loss is a definate win!

Hi...another start over Monday for me. Sounds like a few of us are picking ourselves back up and getting on track! Great to share the struggles and not feel that I am not in this on my own...thanks!!

First week of the challenge and down .4 to 187.6. I think each pound will be hard fought so will appreciate any number that is a loss!

I hadn't made a plan...but now thanks to this question I am thinking about it! If I say I won't eat a mini chocolate bar (or 2) I think I would be lying. But I will be honest and track the calories...and spend more time at the gym to offset it!

It is fun to think of a reward March 1! On that day I will be donating all my big girl clothes to a good cause. Then I think I will go shopping for an awesome pair of skinny jeans!!
