I like a breakfast frittata. I use 6 whole eggs, 18 egg whites, turkey italian sausage, sweet potatoes and a variety of veggies. Once all veggies and the sausage are cooked, put them in a casserole with the egg mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. I have it saved as Brian’s 40/30/30 Turkey Breakfast Casserole.…

I started tracking meals the last few days using MFP. I've been focusing on egg whites and veggies for breakfast. Chicken and brown rice for lunch, meat and veggies for dinner and snacking on veggies and lunch meat. A few sweets were snuck in, but mostly because I'm very sick with a cold.
