  • Bryan here. Same age and same problem. I have had workout buddies in the past. Schedules stopped lining up. I’ve done CrossFit but busy life keeps me from getting to class. Joined a gym and trying to go it alone. It’s hard! 3 years ago I was in amazing shape <5% body fat. I have since gained almost 20 lbs… need some help…

  • Good luck! I like to record my meals before I eat. That helps keep me accountable. Not that I am any good at being consistent. Ha!
  • I’m looking at the same issue. 15 pounds just snuck up on me in 2 years. Slacking with fitness consistently and even worse at eating. Busy life and getting older! But, I want to get back down to where I was a couple years ago. Good luck on your journey!!
