  • Lost about 5kg before MFP, then lost 0.9kg the first week of using MFP. Aiming for 5 workout days per week, while logging food every day. Add me if you'd like to join me on my journey from Dad Bod to Dat Bod ;)
  • Thanks for the information everyone! It was good to read and learn. The app is great, it's so easy to use. I am excited to get in shape. It's my second day on MFP :)
