Went over my calorie goal yesterday because my brother offered me a snack, haha.... and I didn't run long, but I forced myself on the eliptical which was a big part of my goal! Wishing you lots of comfort and better times :-) it's alright to slip up, the only place you can start is where you are, so just keep going and don't look back. Yes absolutely???! I literally budgeted my calories around the fact that I just... really freaking love coffee. I have a bag of loose leaf peach tea and it's amazing- you don't even have to add honey to make it taste any better! I also love blueberry tea, coconut oolong, and vanilla black tea. Green tea (iced, with honey) always tastes really good after a run, too, and just kind of makes me feel really healthy, ha ha.

I bought one of those zoodlers (it sounds stupid but hear me out) where you cut your zucchini in half, and twist it through like a pencil sharpener and it comes out like noodles! I wanna lose my first 8 pounds before my family's annual Christmas cookie baking day (with all the ladies in the extended family working together for a few days we make hundreds of cookies lol and I intend to eat some)!
