  • I’d love to join! Today is my first day, my overall goal is to lose 50 lbs. 20lbs in 9 weeks sounds doable! Plan: 10,000 steps a day, remain under 1,200 calories a day, go to the gym 5 days a week for an hour and a half, make healthier eating choices, and exercise my will power 😜
