Half an hour in the elliptical this morning and stretching. Still keeping my food diary too. I weighed today an am down two pounds from the first of the month. Appreciate the support!!

Nice! I haven’t posted the last few days but still working on it every day so far! Today was just over 4 mile walk. Yesterday half an hour in elliptical and some Pilates. Great job everyone!

Good job having active walking on your fit bit! Yesterday was a very long day so my work out was literally just 12 minutes in the evening. Today I was back to elliptical and Pilates for half an hour

George thank you for your advice but it’s not needed. Going at it every day is absolutely fine as long as you are reasonable about the intensity of your workouts. I have a great lifestyle of healthy eating already and don’t think any of us are on counterproductive fad diets. Rather we are intelligent people interested in…

Also quick question how often do we need to report to the group? Do we need to report exact calories/exercise or just that we are still on track?

I’m so happy to find an online community to do this with and so happy I joined yesterday to be part of the challenge. Knowing everyone else is doing this really helps! Got my excercise in this morning and happy about a good start to November!
