  • You can do it! It’s hard when you have to adjust your routine around new limitations, I’ve been struggling with similar issues. This is a great place to do your own thing but still have support and tools. Welcome :)
  • My sister is trying to get me to do this, are you 2 days a week? I’m up for trying if it will help me lose faster.
  • I try not to, I use them more as a safety net to not go over my starting calories in a day, so maybe I use 15-50 of them but not every day. I look at both my calories and my exercise as separate tools to lose weight, so I’m working out to burn more calories not so I can eat more calories if that makes sense. Good luck with…
