Here here. I think of it as 'prevent absent/mindless late night snacking'. If you allocate a snack to yourself e.g. 200 calories for 2 squares of chocolate, fine. If you eat the whole bar - not fine. That's mindless eating. Binging, got a history of that too myself. Craving food and eating everything in sight, shoving it…
