After 4 weeks, losing 10 pounds but having 4-5 poops a day, I was going crazy. So I have stopped for 2 days to give my poor intestines a break. welcome, I jut started this today also. my number have gone out of site lately.. so am trying to get it all back under conrol. need to drop around 120-140 pounds total. That would be awesome. and get me off a lot of meds. Good luck to you.
