Those sound pretty healthy to me. you could also add protein shakes, the Atkin ones are pretty tasty at about 160 calories and you can pack any fresh fruits and sliced veggies. hummus and veggies are a good combo. Also make sure you're staying hydrated, sometimes we confuse hunger for thirst.

Hi, welcome you have come to the right place. If you don't already I recommend a food scale and good set of measuring cups and spoons for accurate tracking. Best wishes!

Congratulations on your baby! I'm sure there are sites where you can input things like that to help figure out your calorie needs. after I had my kids I used a free site called babyfit I don't think its around anymore but they took into account if you were pregnant, or recovering from a birth/ breast-feeding,etc.

I weigh in on Fridays, like others have said it's a personal preference and to me weighing in more then once a week is counter productive to me. I log gains and losses.

Feel free to add me OP, I don't weigh in daily, I do it on Fridays. my diary is open and I'm always looking for more supportive friends.

https://www.fitbit.com/user/6Y6R66 feel free to add me. I love daily goal challenge and weekly and weekend warrior challenges. I get about 11-17k steps depending how active I am that day.

what phone do you have? most android and iPhone devices have a built in health app that will track your steps and activity for you based on holding the phone or having it in your pocket of course. like for example S health for Samsung phones.

I already eat this way pretty much. however once in awhile I indulge with a Diet Coke or a piece of dark chocolate so guess I'm out. good luck though :)

Any diet that has a calorie deficit will cause weight loss. I avoid chips, bread, cookies, ice cream etc. I focus on fresh fruits, vegetables, healthy proteins and fats instead. It's all about burning more calories then you consume. :) Best wishes!

Atkins meals are pretty tasty, I pair them with a small side salad or bagged frozen veggies, they even make breakfast bowls, you could add a piece of fruit and coffee/ breakfast drink and call it a meal.

If you have premium you can choose which nutrients to focus on, like heart health, low carb, etc. Or you can manually enter in your macros and calorie goals. Carb manager is a good app for keto though.

I didn't like it. I tried like a 2 week free trial. all the advice they give you can google yourself. they only engage with you like once a week, and to me a paid membership they should be a daily check in option. Also they do not offer anything special that myfitnesspal free version doesn't offer. Just my opinion thoughts…

10k, but most days I get 12-13k but I like to keep mine at 10k for non workout days.

Do you have negative calories enabled? I have my Fitbit synced to myfitnesspal and when I wake up I'm already in the negative calories before I've eaten anything. I've been told this is make up for how the devices track our daily calorie expenditure compared to what myfitnesspal gives us. but the end of the day my negative…

I have mine set to lightly active and get about 10k to 13k on more active days of steps.

Add a profile picture also. I don't like getting friend requests from others who can't bother to fill out the profile or add a picture.
