@CassieGetsFit2013 I always take off any clothes - sweater, jacket, shoes, etc and put everything down somewhere so the weight at the doctor's office is not as high. The one time I didn't I had a sweater on that by itself added a pound! The nurse is not always happy waiting for me to get ready but . . .

Had a good lunch out to celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday. Soup and salad at Panera Bread. Good food and I had lemonade instead of soda to drink.

A nice day here in NC. Took a hike near the lake today and not too hungry most of the day. I will make up for that tomorrow by celebrating my birthday. Last one this decade as I make it to 69. Lots of changes in my 60s include losing almost 20 pounds. Hoping to lose more in the next year or two.

Best thing about doctor appointment today is I am down 3 pounds since last visit! PET scan showed the cancer is still in the liver, good news it hasn't spread. So on we go with more Keytruda every three weeks. next scan in December.

I was pleasantly surprised this morning. My weight is down a pound since Thursday. My clothes have been really loose around the hips lately so I decided to measure. It's been a while since I have done that but 4 inches is a lot. I expected maybe 2 inches gone!

I was good today, went to the Dollar Tree and the first items inside the door are Halloween candy. Made me crave some candy corn. I thought about it and walked away. Bought myself a candle shaped like an acorn instead. That won't add any weight to my bones! And I considered baking some brownies today - have not done that…
