Steps Feb 4 91 Mon 199 Looks like I slept or didn't wear my watch the rest of the week but I would guess a minimum of 500 steps per day So I will claim that giving me a total of 3100 for the week

Pacsnc6 Thursday b weigh in CW 153.4 I've been on an upward trend but I think its mostly fluid retention. Have been drinking more water and other stuff but my whole body is swelling up. CT scan Monday will reveal a cause in hopes of treating that to be more comfortable

Good work everyone on the steps and weight loss. I gained a little last week and ready to drop a couple of pounds. My doctor decided the last meds were not working and I have one or two options left. She is dragging her feet on getting started but I hope it works when we do start again. It is pill so no more long waits x…

@minstrelofsarcasm Good luck with the new job. You'll get the rest figured out in no time. Try to make it fun and you'll do better. Let us know how you do with the meal plans, I have thought about trying that but hubby doesn't like new things, has favorite foods he wants to stick with.
