I think I’m doing ok so far! I’m down around 5 lbs so far since Monday and I’ve only missed the gym once so far. When I start to get lazy and think about skipping the gym, I think “don’t you want to see a lower number on the scale tomorrow?” So that’s good motivation. I have the same problem! You got this, you’re stronger than you think! I usually brush my teeth after dinner so it feels like a “closure” to the day. We also do this thing that’s super silly but it works. My bf and I “close down” the kitchen after dinner. Wash dishes, wipe down, and turn off the lights. We’re not allowed…
