  • I go nuts if I don't weigh myself at least 4 times per week. I know small weight fluxuations aren't anything to worry about. Just knowing my weight often makes me feel good.
  • The quickest way is to cut back on carbs. (Along with calorie counting.) It's also easier to feel full that way and then you can avoid overeating. Try starting at 100 per day then slowly cut back until it's less than 50.
  • I'm losing weight for my wedding too. It's in September next near :) There are so many smoothies you can make without bananas.
