Until I find someone that can hold me accountable daily I’m just going to post in this discussion. Today’s goals: 1. Track all food I eat 2. Eat 3 meals today 2. Drink 4x of my 32 oz water bottle Anyone else is welcome to post their daily goals if they want. I just need to put mine out there for myself :)
