  • I'm in for 25 miles this month! Just made 20 miles in March and my goal was 25. Not too far off. Mar 2- 2mi Mar 5-2mi Mar 6-1.8mi Mar 16-1.9mi Mar 18-2mi Mar 19-1.9mi Mar 20-2mi Mar 23-1.9mi Mar 28-1.9mi Mar 31-1.0mi
  • So far this month I have done: 3/2/19 2mi 3/4/19 2mi 3/5/19 2mi 3/6/19 1.8mi 3/16/19 1.9mi 3/18/19 2mi Total=12mi so far out of 25-30 My body decided that it was time to get a cold half way through the month so that really screwed up my program!! I hope I can still make it to 25mi at least. I hope to start running outdoors…
  • 3/1 2.0 3/4 2.0 3/5 2.0 3/6 1.8 = 8 mi out of 30 for March. I am a little stiff this morning but I haven't ran consistently for a while so it is a good feeling to get back into it! :)
  • 3/2/19.....2mi run out of 30 mi. I plan to run longer miles for the next few weeks to get my mileage up. :) I find it helps if I can get a running program to stick to my goal, but I also have trouble staying motivated.
  • I'll join in...I can get a 10 minute mile but a 9:30 1500m. Long term goal is 8 minutes and I have been wanting to get this for a while. I am mostly a long distance runner from 2 to 3 miles, but I need help getting the mile down to 8 minutes. I will force myself to train extra hard in March. :)
  • I plan to increase my goal running goal. I'll try run 25 or 30 miles for March. thanks for the motivation :)
