I was hurting a lot after I started going back to the gym. Well, before that. I thought the weight I regained gave me aches in my back more. Turns out there is a crack in my spine called Spondylolysis. By the way I heard from a trainer that stretching before any exercise helps with aches afterwards.

I love bending machines. I stick to only having chips. I use to eat chocolate a lot. One time it tasted too sweet. You know that means sugar is high. I cut back because I don't want to waste money on vending machines. I buy healthy snacks like veggies and dip. So unless the vending machine got that, don't go to it often.

I take medications for my mental health. I am in a way glad for the medication side effects. They made me gain weight. I was diagnosed anorexic. I don't look it because of the medications. Jesus is looking out for me. Things could be a lot worse.

Never give up and you won't have to start over. All because there is a lot of food over the holidays doesn't mean you have to over indulge in it. Leave it for someone else that's all. This is my lesson too. Think fit and you will be fit for life.
