Besides the safety aspect, there is a lot of value in pausing during your work day to nourish your body. You are worth it!

For what it's worth, I was the same way (but 4'11 and 80 pounds) at 15 and totally healthy. Not every girl starts her period before 15, it is perfectly normal, especially for an athlete.

It helps me if I make sure I've eaten before I run too, and drink plenty of water

Also, don't give up if you have a good day and than a day you wish you'd done differently. Just hop back in on your next meal!

Perhaps you've gained muscle? Either way, 1 inch is a huge victory and you should be proud! You've been moving your body consistently for 6 weeks!

You could add nuts or seeds, hemp hearts to your salad

You should give it a try for a couple of weeks. You can always lower it if you aren't losing any weight.

You may want to consider talking to someone about the emotional aspect of all of this for you. While you definitely can lose the weight, the toll your past experiences has taken may rob you of the joy in the accomplishment.

Are you sure your calories are calculated correctly? 1200 seems really low

Do you have another app connected to MFP? I had this issue when I had both Connect and Strava (a running/biking/swimming app) connected, so it pulled the exercise count from both sources. I haven't had any problem since I unlinked Strava from MFP.
