What kind of hip pain are you exactly are you experiencing? Is it in the socket or on the outside of the hip. I've had hip surgery, hip socket related injury, and I took Naproxen Sodium which is an over the counter anti-inflammatory when the pain was extreme.

how does everyone track their exercise. I entered in The Firm and it doesn't come up..and I don't have the faintest idea how I would track it.
