In my opinion, it shouldn't really bother anybody what people wear or don't wear to the gym. You are there to get your work out on and not pass judgement on anyone. So if you want to wear a clown outfit, a full face of make up or just a sports bra and shorts, you are still there to work out.

LNS has always been clawing at my back for much to long. Yesterday, I did amazing with food and exercise. I came home from Zumba, had a light snack and was set for the day. THEN....I started to make my husband's lunch and the picking began. And when it was over, I had one cheese stick and 1/4lb of sliced roast beef.....ugh…

I do my exercise at night from 8-9 pm and its Zumba. I can't do it in the morning because I get up too early and there are no classes. I actually find that doing my exercise at night helps me sleep better. But everyone is different.

You are soooo right! In the last 4 wks I have only lost 6lbs....but in those 4 weeks, I have been able to fit into a pair of pants that now fit loosely that I couldn't even zip up while laying down.
