Today is my 100th day of being a non-smoker :noway:

Hard to believe my life used to be so controlled by nicotine.

How are the rest of you doing??

    I have been smoke free for 1 week and a 1 day and I feel amazing!!! I cant believe I was a prisoner for 23 yrs.

    Awesome...good luck with continued success. I did the patch for the first month, but its such a great feeling to be free of it!!

    I have been smoke free for 4 months, 4 days, 23 hours, 11 minutes, 53 seconds. That translates into 2,479 cigarettes NOT smoked, for a savings of $681.82!
