  • I have a protruding tail bone and I experience pain anytime I am doing any sorts of stomach exercises while laying on the floor including Pilates. I bought one of those 9 inch exercise balls and it has really helped with some modifications to the exercise. But I will have to try the doughnut and see how that works.
