I think so, but I'll review that possibility. I had switched Vit B from Gummies to Regular pills, plus using soap at the gym, so I reverted back to both, I think it has eased up a little. After it reduces further, I will switch the B back and see if it happens again. Its possible the gym soap has something in it that…

Dill pickle potato chips, whole big bag and dip

Fantastic, did you use mop the way through, how long did it take you.

My most frequent food is half and half. I’ve given up a lot, even reduced coffee but thus far no good substitute. On the positive, I don’t need sugar.

Track over a week and adjust. When I first started I had no idea how much I was overeating protein regularly. I think I ended up modifying some slightly but I’m close, I worry more about eating the cals and ensuring I’m satisfied. At 1200 cals, every calorie counts, you will quickly adjust, because empty cals will not fill…

That’s what I did also. I care about what I’m eating, going over just slightly on a workout day is fine. If I ate all those back I wouldn’t lose 2 lbs a week.

Stress, salt, water, medications, exercise intensity, bowl back up....the bowls can store several pounds.....whoosh sounds good.

Don’t force it, if you aren’t hungry, listen to your body.
-
Because no drop, double check log, log vitamins, double check serving size. Perhaps drop calories by 50-100. Are you snacking anywhere, even mints can have calories. look at your weekly report for your most logged items and see if those cals are worth it. Oh and especially look at foods you are not making yourself for…

I used turkey stock that I made as a base, added more veggies ant chopped cabbage, and some peppers, quite tasty.

How do you define overeat I had grading to do, mobility low, ate 124 more cals than I should have and didn’t work out. I was logging, tracking and made a choice, it wasn’t bad food just a little over. How many calories is overeating

Make sure that’s not the wedding colors, have a modest jacket.

I haven’t seen onederland since 2009....a decade. 16-17 lbs more and I will be there. I am soooooo ready. I got to 202 6 years ago through mostly excercise but personal challenges and injury had my weight inch up 5-10 lbs a year I believe I can reach this goal in less than 2 months as long as I’m diligent....then never…

Thread resurrection. What’s going to be different? I like the way the 50s thread was running, topic each week. So maybe I could kick it off to say, for those back on the wagon, what’s different? Motivations.

If you want to take a look at my diary you can add me. I'm on 1100-1200 a day (my life is sedentary except for some water workouts every other day). I am rarely really hungry. It will give you an idea over the last 60+ days how I have eaten.

Cool, what's the brand.

I do water jogging
-
Once I started tracking I realized although much of my food was healthy I was eating too much of it. Especially protein. I’m probably eating 1/3 of the calories I did. I’m fairly sedentary except I’ve now added some water jogging. Just avoiding alcohol/ fast food does not mean deficit. Once you start logging again you will…

My diary is open, 46 yrs highest ever 242, sw 236 on Nov 11th; cw 216 - short term 1 goal onederland, then 189. Ultimately 150-160 is ideal for me but I have not set that goal yet.

Picked up a brand new set at thrift store, will get creative soon.

After boiling to desired hardness, Put eggs in cold water, crack the wide bottom by tapping on counter, back in the cold water, wait10 mins, should come off easily, start at wide bottom that you cracked.

Thanks everyone. I may need to plus up water and will look into washes.

Overweight maybe, obese at those numbers doubtful. Based on height you prob should at optimal be 125-135.

I do it am and pm. I accept a range of high and the possibility of low. It helps me stay accountable. I only record the low (usually am) after it sticks for 3 days....but I'm probably the exception. However I have lost 20 lbs in two months, so it's working.
-
Re-enter your numbers, put less active - the lifting doesn't burn as much as cardio. Skip the muffin.
-
Funny, I was at a restaurant today and really wanted to weigh my chicken and measure the sweet potato fries.....do you really bring your scale?
-
Cardio, drop weight and focus on core strength. You probably have 45 lbs to drop in order to get the belly minimized. Recommend measuring. Your body won't initially drop it first where you want it and visually your belly could look bigger at first so ensure you track inches too.

Try to work with a counselor during your weight loss journey, and share your thoughts. I think there are some coping mechanism s/he can teach during your journey. Losing weight will help you feel better, but you will probably still have to deal with some idiot bullies and yes even idiot family members. However, as life…
