So today I got my fasting score back for glucose (I had a 12 hour fast) and the numbers were 127, and 126 is considered diabetes. I had gestational diabetes during a pregnancy 10 years ago, so I am at higher risk. I weight 230, 5'6 - and have a goal to get under 200lbs. Have any of you reverse your diabetes numbers through…

Anyone get itchy skin as they drop weight?
I'm almost at a 20 lb loss in 2 months and my chest especially is getting itchy. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this. Most of my exercise is pool exercise.

Surprisingly low cals? What foods surprised you?
Share your low cal surprises. As I’m making substitutes I’m looking for swaps. I love pickles and while low, I noticed dill are near zero while sweet are 15-25 cals per serving. Also commercial salsa is 10-25cal per 2 tablespoon while homemade picodegayo is less.

Whoa- I had no idea there were that many calories in X. Foods to avoid.
X=Spinach Dip....2 tablespoons and a couple of crackers over 200 calories. Blew 1/5th of my calories for day in 3 bites.
