MFP has helped me a lot. I was a solid almost 330 the first time i did MFP, today I'm down near 270. I fluctuate and I fail, but eating wise this always helps me. Tracking calories works. Fight the good fight. Find someone there to fight with you. Add friends on here and watch their progress. You got this man! Everyone…
