When starting out on a new exercise/weight loss plan, it always takes me a bout 6 to 8 weeks before I see any real change.

I use the MFP report along with the Withings app which connects to MFP. I also use the fitbit app,b ut I have to manually enter the data. The sync doesn't work from the Withings scale. They all show a trend down (good thing) albeit slower than I wish.

I stopped drinking about 4 or 5 months ago. I was drinking 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 a night. I replaced drinking with going to the gym and taking Yoga and other fitness classes. I don't miss it and I feel healthier.

I weigh in every morning. Like someone else said, it's the trend. As long as I'm trending down, I'm good.

I have the Withing Body + and it syncs well.

I get a Zumba class in every week along with a Yoga class. If I can, I add a Strength and Cardio class and or a Step Aerobics class if available. Zumba is a lot of fun even though I have two left feet or two right feet.

Sounds like classic low blood sugar. Go see your Doctor NOW!!! I'm a Type 2. When I was first diagnosed, my Doctor told me to either work on it or pick which leg you want to have AMPUTATED first!
