What are your macros in grams? Are you weighing everything? Carbs should be under 25 g, The balance of fat and protein in grams, should be fairly close with protein higher. Always eat your protein.

Salt. Track your electrolytes. You shouldn't need to add ketones, you should produce them.

I count net carbs and count calories. I do not eat beans other than green beans. Generally. I don't worry about fiber. I get enough via veggies.

I do. I have been double entering everything in Cronometer and MFP. I've decided to go with Cronometer. It also track my micronutrients, like sodium and potassium better. Try out the free version.

1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of lite-salt in a water bottle. Some people like to add a flavoring as well.

In a nutshell, keep you carbs under 25 grams. Switch your MFP to measure in grams rather than percentages. You will still need to watch your overall calories. Stay in calorie deficit. Some Keto types are high fat and others are higher protein. I'm a Type 2 Diabetic and Keto keeps my blood sugar in check.

They might have thought that you had some grain or salt for them. I grew up on a farm and we pastured cattle during the summer. When we would show up, they were all excited to see us.

How are you measuring your food? Do you use a scale? Maybe you should measure in grams rather percentage. Keep the net carbs below 20-25 grams.

Strong Lifts 5X5 has an app that is a big help on "what to do".

Lots. There's a Keto group that you may want to check out.

Walk. Walk briskly at least 30-45 minutes a day and more is better. Remember that to losing weight is done in the kitchen and not the gym.

I mix up a water bottle with 2 tablespoons of Benefiber, 1/4 tsp of lite salt and 1/4 tsp of regular salt for electrolytes. When I have a protein shake, I'll add 2 tablespoons of Benefiber to that as well.

Are your carbs net carbs or all carbs?
