I am switching over to Keto and I am confused about carbs, not carbs, grams and percentages. How do I do this?

In a nutshell, keep you carbs under 25 grams. Switch your MFP to measure in grams rather than percentages.
You will still need to watch your overall calories. Stay in calorie deficit. Some Keto types are high fat and others are higher protein. I'm a Type 2 Diabetic and Keto keeps my blood sugar in check.0 -

If you need Premium to switch to grams, rather than paying for that you can just set your carbs to 5%, protein to around 20, and the rest would be fat.2
