Keto followers a few questions

I have been eating low carb for about 2 years. Sometimes I get off track but I always go back mainly because I feel best energy and health wise by eating less carbs.
While In 2 years I have lost over 89 pounds. Lately my weight loss is at a stand steal so I have some questions.
When you all eat keto do you count net carbs or total carbs?
Do you also count calories?
Do you allow yourself to have beans and similar things that are high in fiber in moderation?
Also anything keto tips tricks you’d like to share. Maybe I have a few I can help you with if you wanna ask as well.

I count total carbs.
Yes, I count calories.
I generally do not eat beans or similar in moderation. I get fiber in the fruit and veggies that I eat.

Congrats on your 89 pounds loss! How many pounds do you have left to lose and what is your weekly weight loss goal set to?
If your weight loss is at a stand still then you are not in a calorie deficit, and keto, net carbs, and total carbs will not directly change that.

I only did it briefly, counted net carbs and calories (although I saw my total carbs and just subtracted fiber).
Most beans don't fit -- I was always at my carb limit with veg plus nuts or plain greek yogurt -- but black soy beans fit pretty well and I thought they were tasty on a salad.

I count net carbs. But to get fiber i have a quest bar, avocado and chia seeds. I could never get enough veggies to get 20-30g of fiber a day.
And hell yea i count calories. Otherwise, I would be consuming an insane amount of calories. Fat is sooooo easy to pack in the calories.1 -
I count net carbs and count calories. I do not eat beans other than green beans. Generally. I don't worry about fiber. I get enough via veggies.
