Not a huge success comparing to those other amazing people out here but here is my current progress. Down 35 lbs since September 1st. I still have 20-25 lbs more to go but feels good to be healthier. Cheers!

Last nights workout: 100 min on Exercise Bike, 20-25mph speed (1 hour vigorous, 40 min moderate) , 37 miles distance total. It's hard to see a result in that amount of time. Keep going with your plan (if you have one of course) and in 2-3 weeks you should start seeing the results. I haven't seen any results for 2 weeks and then dropped 3 lbs (Lil' over 1 kg) and 2-3 lbs every week since then. Try not to get discouraged with not seeing any…

Haha! Well, I drink on average 7-8 cups a day. So, I don't know what you are talking about? :) Plus, I worked night shift for a year in the past. My average never changed lol
