I know you said you hate cooking but you could try meal prep. Just take one day and prep your meals for the week and freeze them. That way you are eating healthy and you will be eating less preservatives.

I have been intermittent fasting for a week now. I am doing 16/8 split. I only eat from 12 to 8 pm, so far I have lost fat. I also have incorporated moderate weight lifting. I feel that the fasting is the biggest factor to my weight loss. It also helps me from overeating. Good luck!
