  • Same here. Repeated attempts with "support" will only tell you that they acknowledge the issue and then close the ticket because they have responded. Really quite laughable. I am an investor in software companies, and you can bet none of them are this unresponsive to valuable customers.
  • Not working for me either. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Changed connection networks. Toggled Multi-add on and off. Nothing works.
