  • No that is right there are many ways to help your pcos.. and keto will not be for everyone.. it just has worked sooo well for me. But anything we do to take care of ourself is going to help. And way to go kabrina30 that is amazing 😊

I have now gotten my cycle 3 months in a row.. this is the first time I have seen this it gives me hope I can think about babies again..   • I found the first time doing keto I did it for 2 months but my electrolytes were off. I was losing weight but leg craps and so tired. This time around found an electrolyte shake that is working and making it soo much easier for me. Just keep it simple when getting started that way you don’t get overwhelmed and give up...…
  • Hey have you tried boiling the water and putting it in fridge? I have done this with some places I have lived or even adding a lemon or berries to your bottle and your set for the day
  • I think if you like Avocados than that is great. I normally don’t have breakfast I’ll have my coffee with cream than eat my first meal at noonish normally tuna with bacon 😊 than dinner I will have chicken and broccoli if my son is eating something I can’t cuz he’s not on my eating pan than I’ll have 3 sunny side up eggs…

  • Been doing keto for about 3 months have never felt better I also do fasting from dinner the night before till lunch just have my coffee in the morning and fluids. Down 22 pounds and many in inches. Looking for more motivation add me 😊 and good luck to everyone

  • 88 pounds way to go I’m down 20 with keto only been 3 months but failed a little cuz of Xmas but back on track 😊😊 and feeling way better about it
