hi guys, this app is great, you can plug in recipes, and sync with "map my walk". much more effective record keeping. I am down 16 pounds since october or so and taking the tac that slow and steady wins the race. for good. :) ps i am turning 51 in july.

hey. . . just wanted to say, i blew a great eating day on the snack board at work - 1000 calories. . fml ! depression sucks. it steals the motivation and it is sneaky. I guess the only thing to say to yourself is you are so much more.

hey everyone, I am just turning 50. 185. trying to get in more healthy food and more excercise and the bad stuff will be edged out. happy day be here.
